Dr. Hennessey graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 1992. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at The Ohio State University Hospitals in 1996. Dr. Hennessey is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Hennessey and Dr. Kozakiewicz are experienced in medical billing and they collaborated to form a medical billing company, Musculoskeletal Billing, LLC, in 2007. Dr. Hennessey has practiced medicine in the Pittsburgh, PA area for nearly two decades.
Rich Kozakiewicz, M.D. Co-Founder & Board of Directors
Dr. Kozakiewicz graduated from the Penn State College of Medicine in 1993. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at The Ohio State University Hospitals in 1997. Dr. Kozakiewicz is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Kozakiewicz has practiced medicine in the Pittsburgh, PA area for nearly two decades. Dr. Kozakiewicz and Dr. Hennessey have dedicated their knowledge of the business cycle of a medical dollar to help others have access to medical cost transparency via Pratter.
Jodi Forlizzi, Ph.D. CIO and Co-Founder
Jodi Forlizzi is a Professor of Design and Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, PA. She has received many awards for her design of technology products and services to improve human life, including an Association for Computing Machinery Lifetime Academy Award, the A. Nico Habermann Chair in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center Award for Excellence in Rehabilitation Robotics Research. Jodi has consulted with Disney Research, BodyMedia, General Motors, and Nurseweek to create innovative technology products and services.
Tom Whytsell, Vice President of Sales
Tom Whytsell gained his employee benefit experience working with several hundred clients as a HR Solutions Consultant at Paychex and has a passion for business intelligence and business process re-engineering. He holds a degree in Management Information Systems earned summa cum laude from The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. Tom also successfully manufactured and sold the rights to a proprietary golf product as well as assisting multiple national start-up ventures.
Patty DeDominic, Chief People Officer
DeDominic is a seasoned professional in taking companies from startup to successful sale. She earned her place in the global market by building her own startup from zero to 600 employees, acquiring two other firms, and then successfully selling her award winning human resources, search and staff outsourcing company. (CT Engineering and PDQCAREERS) She has served on numerous non-profit and corporate boards, including Chair of the L.A. Chamber of Commerce, the $7 Billion State Insurance Fund and is President Emeritus of the National Association of Women Business Owners (Los Angeles). DeDominic received a Lifetime Achievement Award in October of 2015 from the President of the United States for her volunteer services in economic development.
Dennis Jay Cagan, Board of Directors
Mr. Cagan is a technology industry executive (public and private co CEO), entrepreneur (founded or co-founded over a dozen companies), venture capitalist, and board member (53 corporate boards). In 1979 he Keynoted the first COMDEX in Las Vegas. In 2011 he was elected to the IT Hall of Fame. In 2013 the Dallas Business Journal and NACD selected him as one of 12 Outstanding Directors in North Texas.He is a recognized authority and author on corporate governance and information technology.

Stan Bikulege is currently the Chairman & CEO of NOVOLEX, a premier packaging company. Mr. Bikulege has served on a number of Boards, including for profit and not for profit entities. Mr. Bikulege graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and received his MBA from Georgia State University.
Craig Foster, Advisory Board

He is President of Quantum Services Group, LLC. a pioneer in the Health Data and Technology industry since 2010. He was also previously the Global CMO of Motorola Mobility, CMO of Samsung Telecommunications America and CMO of Pizza Hut. Mr. Ogle received a BBA in Marketing and Finance from University of Cincinnati, and serves on its advisory board.
Daniel Owen, Chairman of Advisory Board
Dan Owen is a private investor and business advisor with a successful track record in pay television, enterprise technology, digital media and venture capital. He was president and chief operating officer of SpectraVision, a Richardson TX startup that became the world’s largest hotel pay TV company. He co-founded HO2 Partners, a prominent Dallas venture capital fund, serving as its managing general partner from 1999 to 2013. Dan has served on 11 public and private company boards, and has participated in two IPOs and one LBO.
